You will be maintaining a portfolio of clients that encourages long‐term relationships, renewals and adjustments through client contact. Deal with enquiries by telephone, email and in person from clients, colleagues, insurers and third parties as required. Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients for new business, renewals and mid‐term adjustments.
