You should demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, reliability, integrity, and dedication to the role. This is an important role in an accident repair centre, which requires theory knowledge and practical ability to complete.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

You will process payroll, resolve employee queries, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. This position offers a permanent contract with a salary range of £27,485 to £30,162 and the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements.
