You will then provide support to customers, advice of compliance of ingredients/raw materials, completion of new material/customer questionnaires and research/impact assess regulatory developments relevant to the personal care/cosmetic market. This role would be ideal for a chemical regulatory professional who has experience with chemical hazard communication (SDS authoring, labels etc).

You will play a vital role by building relationships with customers and supporting eye-tests while handling prescriptions and administrative tasks. A passion for customer care and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience in retail or clinical settings is advantageous.
