You will lead, support, and motivate a team of domestic staff, ensuring cleaning standards consistently meet contractual obligations and infection control requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and allocate domestic staff, preparing weekly rotas and managing workloads effectively.

You will interact with and support the Account Management team in supervising a team of cleaning staff across your designated site(s).

You will build effective relationships and ensure that employees are working productively and safely.

You will work closely with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.
