You will manage your own portfolio of customers while working alongside the wider collections team. As part of your role you will: - Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service while meeting KPI’s and targets.

You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service– an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience Who we are looking for
