You will oversee two established supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. One service supports up to five individuals in a residential setting with 24/7 care and support, focusing on empowerment, independence, and meaningful daily living.

You will act as the bridge between Finance, Commercial, Category, and Operations, shaping pricing strategy, strengthening analytical frameworks, and delivering a robust execution road map that enables sustainable growth in a complex, fast-moving food environment. Key Responsibilities

You will promote the function’s proposition, processes and performance, ensuring they are valued and understood, both internal and externally.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, and you’ll be an effective team player, demonstrating a positive ‘can do’ attitude and co-operative interaction with team members.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements and control measures to reduce post construction defects and improve construction quality.

You will hold a Level 6 (Degree) qualification or demonstrate significant and substantial experience in a relevant field.
