You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will be the primary liaison supporting a key customer escalation, working closely not only with the customer but also with Honeywell's internal Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programme teams, as well as external stakeholders such as Ontic. Approximately 60-70% of the role will be customer-facing, with the remaining responsibilities focused on internal coordination and supply chain engagement.

You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and supporting our mission to deliver hot, fresh pizzas to our customers. Success in this role looks like: - Demonstrated experience as a multi-skilled engineer or in a comparable role. - Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will lead a multi-skilled engineering team, driving innovation, safety and continuous improvement across the design and delivery of engineered-to-order machinery. You will become part of a very busy and successful management team and will play a vital role within a business who have been at the forefront of their sector for over 20 years and have very ambitious plans for the future. The successful applicant will manage CAPEX budgets & projects and will have a strong focus on improving production efficiencies, engineering designs and order completion times.
