You will own a defined portfolio of existing accounts and be responsible for driving growth through expansion and cross-sell opportunities.

You will not be required to conduct home visits - we sell virtually and then have our own surveyance and installation teams who will complete your jobs. You will play a key role in boosting future revenue and shaping our sales strategy as we prepare for our relaunch.

You will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.

You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, the AI product lead, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

You will act as a key executor and translator between strategic priorities and technical execution. This role is perfect for a product manager who thrives in ambiguity, has strong technical acumen, and enjoys delivering user-centric, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with our Letterkenny and Burnfoot, Ireland facilities, as well as with leadership teams across EMEA and the US.

You will lead engineering, manufacturing, finance, EHS, quality, and have dotted-line oversight of customer operations (order pursuit and execution).
