You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.

You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.

You will keep track of stock and waste and ensure that the kitchen remains clean and tidy whilst operating within budget. Other duties include carrying out risk assessments as well as recruiting and training staff. You'll have daily interaction with residents, visitors and colleagues; therefore we're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and passionate.

You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success. Sanctuary Care has over 100 care homes and you can ‘feel’ the difference a team makes the moment you step through one of our doors.

You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management experience.
