You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.

You will have knowledge and experience of the following construction sectors; plant hire, tool hire, lifting, non-mechanical, power generation hire, accommodation hire or other specialist equipment hire.

You will have previous engineering experience working on a range of Mechanical Diesel Plant equipment, including Large diesel driven Water Pumps. We are looking for someone who is familiar with working on Diesel Engines including strip down and rebuilds, previous experience working on water pumps would be an advantage.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.

You will have previous experience in achieving good or outstanding outcomes with the CQC, ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we support.
