Customer Experience Lead jobs in Highfield

You will be based at our site in Breighton, alongside other members of the team. What you will be doing Undertaking team sales activities as directed from time to time. Providing high levels of customer service at all times Accurate use of the sales / ordering system and following the departments SOPs and policies.

You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both the children and young people in their care, fostering an atmosphere where they can thrive. What youll bring: QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or willing to work towards.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, as a Deputy Manager within the home, you will be required to work shifts or sleep ins when needed to meet the needs of the home.

You will also be required to participate in the on call for the cluster.
