You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a salary of £14790 per annum. This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week across three days, to include weekend working. There may occasionally be a need to work additional hours to cover staff leave as required.

You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.

You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.

You will assist the branch manager in maximising sales and ensuring the profitability of the branch.

You will represent the branch in promotional events to increase the exposure; and use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads.

You will lead your team by example and set standards by achieving your own sales targets and learning & development objectives.
