You will support the development of Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, help run web tagging, heatmap analytics and A/B testing tools, and provide recommendations that contribute to operational efficiency and better customer engagement. - Gather and interpret data from multiple sources (web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, VoC, interaction analytics, operational metrics).

You should have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as this is a busy and demanding role with often conflicting priorities.

You will be a proactive, self-motivated field sales professional with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. - Likely to already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry. - Experience could come from a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, ranging from heavy-side building materials, KBB & interiors, heating & plumbing.

You will be responsible for identifying and actively pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining existing business, always displaying exemplary customer service and patient focus.

You will need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.
