You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our fleet of buses are maintained to the standard required by the Company, TfL and the DVSA.

You should have a thorough understanding of mechanical engineering and vehicle maintenance procedures for large vehicles, preferably PCVs, as well as knowledge of electrical engineering, bodywork construction and basic stores procedures.

You will be an experienced project lead with a strong housebuilding background and a history of delivering multiphased 100+ unit schemes.

You will be comfortable managing large teams and liaising with the senior management team. This is a long-term permanent appointment based in the Kent region.

You will have strong networks among main contractors, structural engineers, and specifiers.

You should be experienced in delivering project sales by targeting large-scale projects like data centres, large infrastructure, renewable energy projects, and industrial facilities.

You will work closely with the client offering electrical support and advise when required.

You will be responsible for monitoring work progress through regular site visits, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

You will also bring experience supporting competitive tendering for either the UK MOD or US DoD, with experience in both considered an advantage.

You will assist with the development of product, campaign, and capture strategies, and support proposal and pricing activities.
