You will work closely with the management team to drive productivity, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies to drive club targets and member experience, alongside ensuring a smooth operation making sure day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.

You will collaborate with distributed Data Owners and Data Stewards, guiding them in managing data quality initiatives and ensuring best practices are followed. Your mission will be to prioritise and create critical data quality improvements and targets, accelerating the development of cutting-edge Data and AI products.

You will also have contact with our members by telephone, ensuring they are able to manage their day to day servicing of their savings accounts.
