You must be able to prioritise your workload ensuring goods are processed in line with courier and customer requirements.

You must be able to follow procedures, working as part of our busy team, liaising professionally with our sales and accounts departments as well as courier companies.

You will also have experience in leading large and diverse teams in a fast paced environment.

You will be purposeful and motivated; leading by example in stretching both yourself and your team and be resilient, self motivated, reliable and flexible.

You will have high levels of organisational skills and the ability to deal with budgets and target setting.

You will handle a range of enquiries including: Diagnosing and requesting repairs Record customer complaints and, whenever possible, resolving them at first point of contact This role typically requires strong communication skills and experience in customer service or call handling.
