You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, enquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will provide customers with an efficient and reliable service with an aim to meet expectations at all levels. Key duties will include: Review and process customer order monitor customer orders on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse and Transport Teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
