You will work with a range of insurance products, including Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Liability and SMEs. Reporting to the Branch Director, you will be based in the Kidderminster office with hybrid working flexibility, following up on leads/referrals provided by the company and developing new, efficient ways to increase quote volume.

You will mainly focus on New Business, generating new clients and building pipelines with the main aim of adding to the existing client base and increasing income. We offer a variety of insurances to our customers, which include Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Liability, SME's to name a few.

You should have experience of working to manufacturer standards including customer satisfaction. Experience of Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential.

You will be expected to hit targets, so being ambitious and hard‐working is essential.

You will also be or have: Insurance background- especially in Commercial (essential) Proven successful new business income generation, with a passion and flair for new business (essential) Great customer service and communication skills Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily

You will receive £12.21 per hour, paid 4 weekly.

You will be provided with all the right tools and equipment as well as uniform and safety PPE.
