You will be working Monday to Friday, 5–6 hours per day, with flexible start times between 9:00am–10:00am. Typical shifts include 9:00–3:00, 9:30–3:30, or 10:00–4:00, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your day.

You will earn £12.21 per hour.

You will be making scripted telephone calls as part of a structured customer research project.

You will lead, govern and deliver complex portfolios or programmes using recognised methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches, working with highly skilled, multi-disciplinary teams.

You will engage closely with senior client stakeholders, managing expectations, identifying new opportunities, and helping shape future workstreams.
