You will take responsibility for managing multiple remediation and major works projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and residents, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, value for money, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be playing a key role in ensuring that all equipment is operating at maximum efficiency enabling all projects are completed on time, meeting industry and customer standards. You will be travelling in and around Tottenham area.

You will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration experience with a main contractor for planned works.

You must live within reasonable distance and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
