You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs

You will have served a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).

You must have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.

You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

You will bring to this role previous experience of accounts payable having gained this in a similar position and you will be: Able to work well as part of the team and on your own.

You will work Monday to Friday. Normal working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
