You will: Provide expert advice and assistance on Personal Lines and Motor Insurance policies. Manage customer queries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner. Achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Work with a team of professionals, learning internal processes and developing the skills to progress into Commercial Insurance.

You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.
