You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will speak to these customers shortly after they have submitted an enquiry and will offer them the opportunity to speak directly with a Consultant in branch.

You should live within commutable distance of Shrewsbury *

You will be tenacious and enjoy working towards targets as you will be speaking with clients to develop new business and generate opportunities for the Advisors *

You will be confident in recovering invoices and liaising with third party insurers, solicitors and other third parties involved. Everyday you'll be determining which claims must be worked, so we'll need you to demonstrate to us that you're able to make sound decisions based on your analysis of the situation.

You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you will attend the meetings and help transition the lead-to-client experience.
