You will also generate new leads as well as managing accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales-based or sales support role, ideally within a B2B environment. You'll be organised, confident with data, and someone who communicates clearly and professionally.

You will be working with Customers who are primarily in arrears and you will help by ensuring their account is resolved by agreeing and negotiating repayments that are affordable and sustainable to the Customer. This will also include options of a direct debit, the booking of a pre-payment meter or a arranging a meter ‘change of mode’ on certain account types.

You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

You will have good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
