You will be based in our Redhill office and work on a hybrid basis. We work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Key Responsibilities: Customer Insight Management: Produce and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other relevant customer data to benchmark the customer experience with AXA Partners UK.

You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.

You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.

You will be investigating complaints by liaising with internal departments, external parties and reviewing various pieces of evidence including call recordings. We have a range of benefits available which include:
