You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be Responsible For I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.

You will also bring: - A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (technical certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Cybersecurity are a plus) - 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, site/field support, or cybersecurity roles

You will be required to work on a shift pattern rota [averaging 40 hours per week] which will include weekends & unsociable hours. Experience and Qualifications

You must have either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification to apply. A MET1 qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
