You will be working in a structured, performance-focused environment with strong support and clear processes.

You will complete a comprehensive 12-week training programme delivered by a senior team with over 30 years of combined experience. This will give you everything you need to succeed in the role, even if you have no previous sales background.

You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.

You will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers in line with employment law and best practice. Working closely with other members of the team you will strive to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to the business and will also be responsible for the compliance of all personnel documentation, processes and procedures within regulatory framework.

You will communicate proactively, build strong internal and external relationships, and ensure the production of accurate design packages, drawings, and material take‑offs to the highest standard. Key responsibilities: Proactively protects own work life balance while remaining focused on ensuring safe working practices that protect themself and others.

You will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday on DAY shifts between 8am and 6pm, for example 8:30am-4:30pm. The main goal of these roles is to provide the best customer service to both out internal and external customers that call into the Centre.

You will be working with a variety of stakeholders - field based Engineers, Account Managers, our Branch network and also our external customers.
