You will be responsible for working on a high-profile helpdesk whilst supervising a team of multi-trades and support admin operatives. Full time office based * £45K - £50K depending on experienceDuties of the Helpdesk Manager:Manage and co-ordinate helpdesk team. Receiving and distributing clients service requests including scheduling the engineers in a prioritising and coordinated manner.

You will be an integral part of the UK sales team and the wider European team and will play a pivotal role as well as having influence on the growth of the UK market.

You must be: · Capable of reading technical drawings, understanding materials and have an appreciation for amazing design · Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

You will also attend breakdowns and emergency repairs, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
