You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.

You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.

You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will operate within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary environment with access to expertise in development management, estate management, strategic land and wider commercial property teams. What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements - MRTPI qualified (Chartered Town Planner) with demonstrable career progression and planning delivery experience.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, training, and awareness sessions to support your effectiveness in the role - A commitment to provide the time (circa 20 days per annum) and energy required is essential.

You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.
