You will act as a strategic and trusted partner to our customers, guiding them through onboarding, software rollout and issue resolutions to drive retention and satisfaction. By proactively identifying opportunities for growth and addressing risks, you'll play a key role in supporting customer account expansion and ensuring we provide an excellent service.

You will need to bring experience in:

You will provide design leadership, coordinate technical delivery, and mentor junior team members, while working closely with senior colleagues on project and practice development. Projects include Education, Blue Light and Emergency Services, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Industrial developments, ranging from refurbishment works to large-scale new build schemes.

You will be providing support, handling a high volume of enquiries via online chat, text, e-mail and phone whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service.
