You will help resolve enquiries for both potential and existing customers across a range of channels, including Phone, Text Support, social media and Email.

You will have a great eye for detail and thrive on helping customers get the answers they need, following processes, and ensuring efficiency.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of their product range, enabling you to confidently support both potential and existing customers with their enquiries.

You will be communicating with customers across multiple channels including phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, email, and SMS, using a digital ticketing system (Gorgias).

You will need to be resilient and remain professional.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be required to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.

You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best.

You will be highly organised and thrive on delivering excellent customer service whilst promoting a helpful and welcoming environment that offers a positive first impression to all prospective and existing members.
