Customer Support Advisor jobs in Tower Hamlets

You will be the first point of contact for the consumers of the entire range of client products, and will handle queries and consumer complaints about these products and their consumption. The role requires you to be a fluent in French and Dutch to have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring and friendly manner.

You will be joining under an Area Manager who typically has 10 in their team, therefore will have time to support you!

You must have desire to enter financial services industry and develop your career as an Insurance Advisor

You must have good personal network you can draw upon to self-generate business

You will be the first point of contact for the consumers of the entire range of products, and will handle queries and consumer complaints about these products and their consumption.

You will also be responsible for all customer interactions through social media channels.

You will also be required to have strong English second language capabilities.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid, 1x Late)Early - 9am-6pmMid - 10am-7pmLate- 11am-8pmFridays - 9-4.30 (30 minute lunch break)Our team don't work Saturday right now, but we are a growing business so never say never!

You must have strong experience in writing good – high levels of mortgage and protection advice and strong conversion rate

You must have CAS for mortgages and insurance advice

You must have CeMAP or equivalent
