You will: Provide expert advice and assistance on Personal Lines and Motor Insurance policies. Manage customer queries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner. Achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Work with a team of professionals, learning internal processes and developing the skills to progress into Commercial Insurance.

You will be responsible for: Providing an excellent home shopping experience by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do is our main responsibility. You will be the first point of contact to all our distribution customers, managing their journey from start to finish. Providing updates to the team and customers throughout the process. Here you will build long-term relationships with our customers and all departments within the Company, our sales team, warehouse, administration and production.

You will be asked questions relating to them as part of the recruitment process for this role.
