You will: Provide expert advice and assistance on Personal Lines and Motor Insurance policies. Manage customer queries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner. Achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Work with a team of professionals, learning internal processes and developing the skills to progress into Commercial Insurance.

You will be responsible for: Providing an excellent home shopping experience by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do is our main responsibility. Loading the van where required, and check your van for roadworthines Understanding the schedule and route that has been calculated for you

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: Ensuring the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.

You will be part of our diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public facing office environment.

You will benefit from our industry leading training, which all our Station Enquiry Assistants receive before their deployment.

You will be able to showcase your administrative and IT skills, and learn new bespoke software packages.
