You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It’s a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will ensure user issues are resolved promptly with minimal disruption to business operations, helping to keep our core systems running smoothly.

You will assist with evaluating and implementing change requests or minor improvements to existing systems, making sure any modifications are properly tested and documented.

You will provide clear direction, inspire your team, and ensure the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of care and support.

You will also ensure your team are well-trained, competent, and confident, with access to mandatory learning and development opportunities. Ultimately, you will embody and deliver our mission: Enable, Empower, Enrich, and drive our vision: Stronger, Better, Different.
