You will assist with maintaining project documentation, organising tasks, tracking basic project updates, and helping teams stay aligned. Working closely with designers and project leads, you’ll contribute to project planning, communication, and continuous improvement activities.

You will provide customers with a fantastic customer service experience, ensure their accounts are accurate and up to date, and handle any complaints that may come your way. This position is purely a customer service role with no sales or cold calling element.

You will also provide day-to-day support to other Service Coordinators, offering guidance, identifying areas for improvement, and helping ensure a consistent and high-quality service across the department.

You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring customer expectations are met, and deploying our engineering team efficiently and safely.

You will be required to attend a half–day session with HBTC where you will work towards functional skills (where needed). Additional off‐the‐job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end‐point assessment. Levels and Qualifications

You will liaise with all temporary staff relating to confirmation of weekly shifts, payment of wages, holiday requests and managing absence levels whilst working in accordance with the Agency Workers Regulations and Working Time Directive.

You should be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a great team player.
