You will be patient, professional and well organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, both verbal and written.

You will be able to liaise proactively and effectively with social workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs is essential for this role.

You will play a key role in dealing with customer queries, supporting sales operations, and assisting with the implementation of a new system. Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service by handling queries via phone, email, and in person. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.

You will be responsible for: - Writing care plans and conducting care assessments - Coordinating care hours - Helping to put together risk assessments for activities - Ensuring the right equipment is available throughout the trip

You will be responsible for establishing all private and adoptable infrastructure required to support a new residential development.

You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure designs are clearly understood, cost-effective, and accurately implemented on site.
