You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You will receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department. Responsibilities• Monitor and manage customer service inboxes. • Process new orders accurately and efficiently. • Upload transport data into the system.

You will manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting. The position offers a salary up to £40,000 per annum and supports hybrid working arrangements.
