Customer Support Engineer jobs in Ilminster

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

You will drive product innovation, ensure machinery meets modern safety and compliance standards, and elevate engineering capability across design, documentation, and customer delivery. This role combines leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration -including close interaction with production, service, and commercial teams.

You will receive mentorship and guidance from industry professionals, allowing you to grow and develop your expertise. During the four years other, additional training and development, personal and technical will be offered as required and where appropriate. MANDATORY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will confidently diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, support continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with departments to maintain smooth operations.

You will champion a positive health and safety culture and be comfortable working both independently and within small teams.
