You will hold a current NRSWA Supervisor Street Works qualification that covers Units 10 to 16. This is needed for work on public highways.

You will also have Smart Awards accreditation under the Network Operative Passport Scheme. This shows the safety and technical standards required for the role.

You will use radiation protection and dosimetry knowledge to independently support the provision of radiation protection and dosimetry advice and services to ensure that AWE and its customers remain compliant with the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017, Licence Condition 18 and other relevant legislation.

You should be adaptable, as workloads & priorities can change during the busy periods. This position will be mainly focussed around housekeeping duties. Naturally a great communicator who loves to work as part of a team and who loves engaging in conversation with guests.

You will lead a small team of engineers to support the collection of information from sources inside and outside GM, characterize tire models and interpret results for GM Motorsports. As the team leader, you will attend Motorsports testing across the country, cooperate with GM affiliated Motorsports teams, and enable the transfer of knowledge from motorsports to GM Production.
