Customer Support jobs in Gatwick

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.

You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.

You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You'll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will ensure all technical requirements are met on time and to the highest standards, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront while maintaining trust and integrity.
