You will act as the primary point of contact for hospitals and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role will be an Office Based in our lovely Solihull office.

You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be Responsible For I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.

You will welcome customers, book eye tests, and provide style advice among other responsibilities. You will be providing support, handling a high volume of enquiries via online chat, text, e-mail and phone whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service.
