You will develop expertise in banking practices and gain a deep understanding of our customers, products and services. We are looking for people with outstanding customer service skills, who excel in a target driven environment, are motivated to succeed and want to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding organisation.

You will work as part of a team both in our dedicated building spaces supporting with activities such as cooking, arts and crafts and boccia, and within the local community supporting trips to go fishing, swimming, sailing and bowling to name a few.

You will deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support.

You will get to learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

You will drive improvements across the site, deliver capex projects, and manage engineering budgets in line with business objectives.
