Customer Technical Support jobs in Normanton

You will be expected to visit the Tewkesbury office 1 - 2 days per month.

You will have a consultative approach to working with our clients and will focus on ensuring that we capture and meet their needs.

You will be UK-based and eligible and willing to undergo UK government clearance (SC minimum).

You will also assist the Technical managers to ensure technical approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

You will provide technical expertise in design for support using supportability and Integrated Product Support (IPS) principles (e.g. AR&M, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) etc.) and integrate across the whole business.

You will play a key role in bringing projects to a successful close by compiling and reviewing End of Manufacturing Reports and Lifetime Quality Records, ensuring every document is complete, signed, and compliant.

You will work with installation teams across manufacturing, welding, electrical, and I&C to check quality, resolve gaps, and keep progress on track.
