You will lead the engineering and technical department, overseeing the full product lifecycle of complex industrial machinery - from R&D and CAD design through to assembly-line support and final quality assurance. The role is closely embedded with manufacturing operations.

You will also be expected to effectively utilise stores and equipment issued for the job and promptly report any new faulty material. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, and assess vehicles and associated mechanical/electrical equipment in line with your skills and competency.

You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training, and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.

You will need to be comfortable with working in a dispersed team.
