You will have the following main areas of responsibilities:

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

You will be a Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CA/CIMA) or qualified by experience with strong technical skills and proven track record of accounts preparation.

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, achieving deadlines and interacting with key stakeholders.

You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.

You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.

You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.
