You will be required to work a minimum of 5 hours/month

You must be flexible to work different days and times and comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour and notice details from a distance.

You should be able to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from exam/testing room.

You will complete a pre-employment check after receiving an offer. Depending on your location you will be asked to submit either a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service), PVG (Protection of Vulnerable groups) or an Access NI Check. You will work as part of a team to manage labour requirements against plan, get involved in continuous improvement and manage relevant KPI's.

You will need to be an experienced manager or supervisor within the food manufacturing or similar industry and possess knowledge of lean processes and problem-solving techniques.

You will act as the primary contact for internal engineers, coordinate job schedules, and support the day-to-day functioning of the department. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the main liaison for in-house engineers, organising service visits, callouts, and check-ups across the region.

You should be highly organised, adept at coordinating multiple tasks, and possess strong IT skills.
