cycle shop manager jobs in Merseyside

You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a variable rota over 6 days, including weekends and bank/public holidays. Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential.

You will assist the Manager in achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example.

You will support the Shop Manager in leading a passionate team and driving sales while fostering community engagement. Your responsibilities include managing volunteers, optimizing shop operations, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential.
