You will ensure that the conduct of any personnel under your control is safe, professional and conscientious.

You will also be required to attend site meetings with the client and on behalf of the client as requested. Driving a Safety-First culture throughout the team on the account, lead through your experience and knowledge of safe systems of works and compliance.

You will be the technical escalation point for incidents, permits, switching, and safety, while developing and authorising a growing team of engineers. This role is suited to a strong electrically biased Technical Manager with proven experience in data centres or critical environments, who is comfortable operating under pressure and enforcing high safety and compliance standards.
