You will use your skills in electrical systems, generators, UPS, HVAC, and building management systems to maintain essential infrastructure and ensure environmental conditions meet strict standards. This is a hands-on role involving planned maintenance, fault resolution, and supporting continuous operational improvement.

You will work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate all CSA packages from pre-construction through to final handover. - Oversee site execution of civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.

You will be in a client-facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief to the project team. - Work with the team leader to help monitor fee expenditure, resources and work delivered. - Mentor and support our ‘next gen’ professionals, including apprentices and graduates.

You will be intrinsic to the bidding and pricing of new opportunities, specifically on CSA activities and ensuring that those opportunities deliver to the as sold fees and margins.

You will already be strong in technical design content, with an Architectural and Lead Designer bias, together with a proven capability in design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.
